When life feels too loud, healing happens in the quiet of a steady space. For 20 years, I have helped individuals and families navigate their most vulnerable transitions by prioritizing felt safety. My approach is anchored in a deep, intuitive attunement, sensing and responding to the nuances of your emotional world in real-time so your nervous system can find rest. Whether I am meeting a child with school avoidance with gentle curiosity, or providing an unshakeable presence for a teen in crisis, my goal is to name what feels hard to reach. Provide a grounded space for trauma recovery, addiction support, and emotional regulation. When life feels too loud, healing happens in the quiet of a steady space. Mental health and wellness should not be addressed only when things get hard. Building skills, connections, and understanding is essential to leading a joyful, fulfilling life. We must understand who we are, how our minds work, and what our hearts desire in order to find balance. Therapy can be a place where we celebrate and enhance our strengths and gifts while noticing areas that need our attention. I offer a space that invites individuals to explore their goals, struggles, and successes. I hold space for the emotional duality that comes with parenthood and the challenges of co-regulation. My goal is for my clients to feel validated and empowered.

This isn’t about achieving perfection — as a person, a parent, or a child — it’s about developing a toolkit you can actually use, one that grows with you and helps you build connection.
